A no-budget, not for profit, non-monetized project to create, develop and maintain a vanilla style island map.

The 2x2 was laughably bad but I laughed so hard that it did't matter. In the bin.
The 5x5 was really quite playable in the end. It looked like a dogs dinner underfoot but the pacing and flow was alright.
The current map has the 5x5 as it's main SW component. You can see a large square area in the satmap. It got a load of terrain changes in order to blend it with the new bits.
I've had help from [redacted] in the project discord for a number of models and CLE tuning hints. Very much appreciated, d.
Some players have checked in regularly to see how the project has been progressing. Thanks to you all for the encouragement.
I met two players in-game during the very early days. Much shenanigans ensued. They have a sign in the game, thankfullness abounds.
Changes since the last playtest
- Airport improvements and additions
- Directional signage
- Changes to the loot and infected
- Added one fresh water source on the south coast
- Improvements to eastern settlements, islands and roads
